Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators

Introduction

Temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) offer excellent temperature characteristics with low power consumption and fast warmup. Most models of TCXOs also offer a facility to adjust the frequency by means of an external control voltage. These typically offer 1~3ppm/V over a 4~5V range. They do not offer as wide a pulling range as a VCXO.

Golledge offer a choice of TCXOs for every use, including GTXO-93, our 3.2x2.5mm TCXO for GPS applications, offering 0.5ppm over -30+85°C running off a supply voltage of 1.8V. We hold large stocks of many frequencies, specifications and package configurations.
